MIND BODY & SKIN DIET DETOX PROGRAM
A. PRE-DIET
(3 -14 days)
• 1 week preparation diet to prepare and begin detoxification program with body composition analysis, baths, exercise, and planning!
B. CLEANSING
( 1-3 weeks )
• Cleansing body system & reducing extra fat with the Detox Formula, proper exercise, cupping treatments and hot baths.

• Dramatic changes can be seen as masses of accumulated waste are expelled as the body rids itself of toxins. However, digestion usually improves immediately as do many organ and nerve functions.

• 10-15% of total body weight will be reduced very easily after this 14 day Detox Diet.

C. REBUILDING
(same number of days
as cleansing period)

• The key to a successful Detox Diet is transitioning slowly.

• Limited sodium intake is very important during this period. You may get facial swelling if you have too much sodium at this time.

• A diet comprising of mainly fresh and simply prepared food is the best option. It should be very low in trans or hydrogenated fat, sugar, caffeine, sugar, diary, and tobacco.
D. MAINTENANCE
• Keeping your body clean and toxin free is very important after detoxification. A healthy lifestyle should incorporate the five pillars of anti-aging; namely exercise, diet, supplementation, stress reduction and hormonal enhancement.
PLEASE NOTE : A doctor or knowledgeable practitioner should supervise anyone in poor health or without detox diet experience. If a detox diet exceeds three to five days, regular monitoring, including physical examination and blood work should be done regularly. Modified fasting has been known to significantly reduce blood lipids and, less commonly, proteins. Minerals and the complete blood count should be monitored to allow early intervention if necessary.
