INSURANCE

Currently there are several insurance plans that cover acupuncture treatment in the New York State.

Our clinic is currently a participating provider (in-network provider) with the following insurance company.

- EMPIRE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD

Our clinic is not an in-network provider for the following insurance companies but still we usually accept them if the patient’s plan covers acupuncture treatment done by licensed acupuncturists.

-MULTIPLAN
-UNITED HEALTH CARE
-AIG

We are happy to accept insurance from companies not listed here, if your plan covers acupuncture treatment. There are some exceptions to this, in the case of companies that reimburse directly to the patient only. In this case, we give you a superbill containing the appropriate codes that your insurance company would need to directly reimburse you. You can contact your insurance company to receive more information regarding insurance policies.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payments are due in full at the time of service.
We accept payments in cash and personal checks only.
